Note: This item is not ''plug-and-play''. You will need to make some adjustments to the car to fit the bigger oil cooler and bracket. Additional OEM products that you need for the installation are: oil cooler front air duct (left), wheel arch air duct (left), inside wheel arch for the auxiliary cooler (left).
Installing the twin oil cooler extension on a BMW 1M requires some extra modifications to make the left oil cooler fit into the car. The 1M is equipped with an auxiliary water cooler on the left side of the car. This is the place where the second oil cooler needs to be installed. To make this fit the auxiliary watercooler has to be removed and probably a bigger radiator has to be installed. It will add extra time to the installation process.
