The ZRP stroker kit for the Ford Cosworth engine uses a 84.00 mm stroke, billet steel light weight crankshaft, manufactured from Billet Steel. All ZRP Crankshafts are fully CNC machined and have received innovative and specialized manufacturing techniques such as Carbonitriding, Magnaflux and Shot-Peening to ensure top quality.
Depending on bore size that you decide, the ZRP stroker kit will take you up to 2.34L with 92.00 mm bore.
Stroker kit features custom JE forged pistons, 9310 alloy wrist pins and a set of ZRP forged high tensile strength steel connecting rods with their specifications available in the connecting rods site section.
The Stroker kit includes the following:
- ZRP Billet Steel Crankshaft 84.00mm Stroke w/ knife edge counterweight design
- ZRP “Heavy Duty” EN24T-817M40T I-Beam Connecting Rods + 5.00mm Longer (133.5mm) with ARP L19 Rod Bolts
- JE Pistons Flat Top w/ Valve Pockets 11.8:1 Comp. Ratio with 1.0mm Head Gasket Thickness (Round Skirt)
- Diamond – like carbon (DLC) wrist pins.
- Stainless chrome/Ductile moly top rings, tapered second ring, 3-piece oil rings
- Piston clips
- Fully system balanced and ready to install
